Hi everyone, I’m JD from Willowbound Journals, and in this video I’m sharing a flip through of a brand new little collection of vintage botanical floral journals. These are made using my antique floral plates printable kit (the one I released for my patrons at the end of last year), and I finally got to do what I originally wanted—put my favourite florals right on the covers. I kept the collection colour-themed, so you’ll see the blue, purple, pink, yellow, and red versions, and then we’ll peek through the insides together. Inside each journal I’ve mixed in lots of vintage ledger papers (because I’m obsessed with them), cream papers for writing, lined paper, note paper, and feature pages from the kit throughout. I also included a page in each journal from my Vintage Linen & Ledger kit—smooth, beautiful cream ledger textures paired with embroidered floral linens and doily details are honestly my favourite combination. The big takeaway is that these are simple, writing-friendly journals where the florals are the star of the show, but there’s still plenty of room for your own words, photos, ephemera, and embellishments.
