Intentional List journal course starts October 1st

Hi all, I’m excited to let you know about my newest journaling course that starts October 1st. This course is all about using list journal prompts to help us reflect deeply to know ourselves better and live a more meaningful life. There is a daily prompt with videos and written posts on a course website throughout October. There will also be Zoom calls and the replays will be on the website. It is self-paced and you can use any journal and any journaling style. There is an early bird price of $30US which is $45AUD that starts from now until October 1st.
