Hello everyone and welcome back to Journey with Char! I'm always looking for a short cut when I don't feel like baking from scratch. Nothing like a simple cake mix with some added extras and you have a fabulous cake! I saw the Jiffy Yellow Cake mix and wanted to try it. I looked online and discovered they have a free cookbook with wonderful recipes. I saw where they had the lemon pound cake and when you look on the website, the also have a regular one. So I had to try. So lets test this cake out! Will it be any good? Lets see.
