About This Video

What’s up everybody, it’s your boy Josh. In this video I’m putting the iPhone 17 Pro head-to-head with the Google Pixel 10 Pro—two of the best “normal size” pro phones you can buy in 2025 at 6.3 inches. I break down the stuff that actually matters day to day: the design (moonstone Pixel looks insanely good, and that cosmic orange iPhone is bold in the best way), display brightness, and the little details like how the Pixel’s auto brightness can be super sporadic compared to the iPhone. Outside, the iPhone’s anti-reflective display really does help even if peak brightness isn’t a massive gap. On software and AI, I’m giving it to the Pixel overall because Gemini is just better built-in, and Siri… yeah, Siri absolutely sucks. But performance-wise, the iPhone is still the clear winner if you’re gaming, editing, or pushing the CPU—A19 and 12GB RAM is no joke. Battery surprised me on both for the size, but the iPhone is more consistent, and it honestly feels like it charges twice as fast. Camera-wise, I prefer the iPhone’s more realistic look and the flexibility with RAW editing, while the Pixel’s 100x zoom is a fun advantage. For video, it’s not close—if you care about video features like 4K HDR options, ProRes, Log, and smoother lens switching, get the iPhone.
