Today I’m checking out a new leather case for my iPhone 17 Pro Max—the Andar Aspen—and honestly, it’s arguably one of the best leather cases on the market if you want something premium without adding a bunch of bulk. I’m using the brown colorway, and it looks insanely clean on the white 17 Pro Max. You get those black accents around the camera area and buttons (including the camera control button), plus a super soft suede-like interior with MagSafe magnets and that full-grain leather embossing inside. The fit is super symmetrical, the edges around the screen look perfect to me, and the camera guard protects the lenses without being overly chunky like some leather cases. Button clickability is excellent right out of the box—extremely tactile—and the camera control button works great with my double-tap setup. I also do my “peel test” (big pet peeve when corners pop off in your pocket) and this one stays put. And the MagSafe strength? It’s wild—wallet, stand, grip… everything just kind of “sucks” into place. If you want a thin, protective, full-grain leather case with strong magnets, the Aspen is absolutely worth a look.
