About This Video

I spent my first 48 hours with the new 11-inch M5 iPad Pro (2025), and yeah… I’m kind of in love with it. I came from a workflow that was basically an iPad mini + an M4 Mac mini, and I wanted something I could actually use as a real productivity device while still enjoying it in true “tablet mode.” I debated the 13-inch vs 11-inch, but I’m glad I went 11—now that both sizes have those insane displays, the portability wins for me without feeling like I’m giving up much. In this video I talk about the stuff that isn’t being shouted about enough: this is the first iPad with fast charging, the base model starts at 12GB of RAM, connectivity gets upgraded (Wi‑Fi 7/N1 chip, and C1X on cellular), and external display support is finally smooth at 120Hz. The thinness and weight are honestly wild—it feels like a thin piece of glass with a bright, punchy display and still has quad speakers that sound fantastic. I also go over my accessory setup (Magic Keyboard + MOFT cases), real-world performance with iPadOS 26 features, and a few early app/game compatibility issues I ran into.
