In this video I’m tackling one of the most heated carnivore questions: is dairy automatically inflammatory, especially if you’ve got autoimmune stuff like Hashimoto’s? Instead of arguing from dogma, I ran this like an actual experiment. I reintroduced raw dairy slowly, tracked symptoms, and used real bloodwork to see what happened to my thyroid antibodies. And here’s the part that surprised me: my antibodies didn’t go up—mine went down. That doesn’t mean dairy is “safe for everyone,” and it definitely doesn’t mean you should jump from zero to a gallon of milk. What it does mean is that you can test dairy in a structured way, with a clean baseline, a slow ramp-up, and objective markers—so you’re not guessing based on one puffy morning or one random flare.
