In this live check-in, I’m walking you through how my Lion Diet is going in weeks 2 and 3—what feels easier, what can feel weird, and the kinds of “is this normal?” questions that always come up once the honeymoon phase is over. I talk about why I like the Lion Diet as a short-term reset (especially if you’re dealing with cravings, inflammation, or you keep stalling), and how I personally think about simplicity: ruminant meat, salt, water, and letting your body calm down long enough to give you clear feedback.
