In this cozy ASMR unboxing, I open a “random” Blissim beauty box (I *think* it’s the January one… but honestly it’s a bit out of order because I paused my subscriptions during advent-calendar season, and we’ve just bought a house that needs a lot of work). Before I properly unbox, I spend a few minutes doing sleepy cardboard sounds—light tapping and fingertips—because my nails are short right now, so the scratching is a bit too heavy for my liking. Inside, the theme feels very Korean-skincare-leaning, which makes me (and especially my daughter) very happy. We get a Panda Tea infusion, a hydrogel Korean face mask, a Patyka Hydra soothing silky cream (which is basically the star of the box for me—my “money’s worth” in one item), a Centella SPF 50+ that surprised me by smelling like lavender (and yes, I tricked myself into lavender again), a creamy jelly cleanser, and a champagne-y metallic eyeshadow stick that I’d use more as an inner-corner/brow-bone highlight than a full lid shade. Then we finish, of course, with my favorite: blanket scratching to send you off into your own little bubble of gold.
