Quick review of the PELADN WO4, a compact Ryzen mini PC with a Ryzen 5 7640HS, Radeon 760M graphics, upgradeable RAM and storage, dual LAN, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a surprisingly good BIOS. This is not a full gaming PC replacement, but for desktop use, HTPC, light gaming, office work, media, and even some BIOS tweaking, it’s a very strong option around the $399 mark. About This Video

I took a look at the PELADN WO4 mini PC because on paper it’s one of those “too good for the money” boxes, and yeah… it surprised me. For around $399 you’re getting a Ryzen 5 7640HS (6 cores / 12 threads), Radeon 760M iGPU, 16GB RAM, and a 512GB NVMe SSD, plus you can actually upgrade it easily. The top cover is magnetic so you can get to the extra RAM slot and the extra NVMe slot without doing anything annoying, and they even include screws and an extra NVMe heatsink in the box. What really made me happy is the BIOS. Usually mini PCs have a locked-down mess, but this one is genuinely good—almost like a desktop B650-style BIOS, with a hidden OC menu where you can set fixed clocks and voltages. I’m not telling you to overclock it for daily use because it’s already efficient, but undervolting makes a ton of sense if you want it quieter under heavy loads (small fan, small chassis). Performance-wise it’s not a full gaming PC replacement, but for desktop use, HTPC, office work, light 1080p gaming like Rocket League, and even some 1080p video editing, it’s a really strong value.
