WHOOOOO!!! It’s September, so you guys KNOW what that means… spooky season is fast approaching, and I finally got to do another TY unboxing! In this video I open a 2023 Halloween Beanie Boo package and react to every single plush up close (because yes, I already took a tiny sneak peek, but I didn’t actually pull them out yet). I go over all the details that make these Halloween releases feel extra special this year—textures, sparkly eyes, embroidery, color schemes, and the little design choices that make each one stand out. I start with Mumford (my iconic “he’s not totally a ghost but not totally a mummy… so he’s a gummy” moment), and I’m obsessed with his overlapping stripes and the little puff-ball spider he’s holding. Then we get into Charlotte, who is genuinely one of the best Beanie Boo spiders ever—super fluffy, more realistic body detail, and those creepy-cute sparkly bangs. Ophelia surprised me the most because she looks different than the leaked pics (her string legs are kinda goofy but original), and her web wings are SO cool. Nightcap is a classic ghost with a witch hat combo, and I’m seriously impressed with TY’s simple-but-unique designs this year.
