In this video I’m walking through what’s actually on my iPhone 16 Pro as a uni student—my one-page home screen setup, the wallpapers I rotate way too often, and the apps I genuinely rely on day-to-day. I keep things super simple: one main page with smart stacks, essential apps at my fingertips, and (most importantly) no social media on the home screen so I don’t get tempted. I also show the cases I’ve been using, including my go-to ESR clear case when I’m on a tripod, plus a random genuine leather case I found on sale that I’m excited to see patina over time. I also break down my action button setup, because mine doesn’t just do one thing—it does seven (technically eight). I use it for quick stuff like silent mode, notes, reminders, voice memos, and even a “cleanse” mode that flips my phone to black-and-white and turns on an anti-brain-rot focus mode when I need to lock in. Then I go through my student “holy trinity” (Reminders, Notes, Calendar), my camera app stack (Blackmagic Cam, Final Cut Camera, Moment, etc.), customization tools like Widgy, and a few hidden gems like wallpaper apps that don’t feel full of AI slop. Oh, and yes—my storage is at 97%, so… I should probably deal with that.
