Welcome to my 2026 uni student desk tour. In this video I walk through the stuff that actually matters for a student setup: the desk, the chair, and the day-to-day gear I use for school and running my YouTube channel. The star of the show is my Flexispot E6 Max standing desk (white 55" x 28"), which has held up surprisingly well even though I don’t baby it at all—I literally eat on it and it hasn’t scratched or chipped. I also show the controller with memory presets and the anti-collision feature (which definitely saved me when I accidentally bonked a wall-mounted power bar). Then I get into the new chair: the Flexispot Erggo X. It’s super adjustable (headrest, armrests, lumbar, recline) and it even has a retractable footrest, which is honestly such a cozy productivity feature. After that, I break down my two-computer life: my M1 MacBook Air is still my main editing machine (5 years in, still daily driving), and I keep a Windows ASUS V16 around for engineering software like Visual Studio, SolidWorks, and PLC stuff. I also show how I run one monitor/keyboard/mouse for both computers with a KVM switch, plus the little quality-of-life things like a monitor light bar, smart home lighting with Echo devices, an ESR 3-in-1 charging stand, and my Nintendo Switch 2 for actually unwinding.
