Dan and Elizabeth! *EVERYTHING You Need* https://linktr.ee/floridafishingcouple Elizabeth’s Dive Skin: https://slipins.com/ Ninja Blender: https://amzn.to/3PFcuMb *Recipe:* *Fresh Pasta Dough* ▢1 cup all-purpose flour ▢2 whole eggs *Lobster Filling* ▢2 lobster tails ▢1 tablespoon unsalted butter ▢½ cup whole milk ricotta cheese ▢½ tablespoon dried parsley ▢1 tablespoon lemon zest *Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce* ▢1 jar roasted red peppers ▢2 large garlic cloves ▢1 cup heavy cream ▢1 teaspoon cayenne pepper *Garnish* ▢½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese ▢½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes ▢½ teaspoon dried parsley *IMPORTANT TIP/LESSON FROM THIS VIDEO* You can wrap the pasta dough in plastic wrap and let it sit for an hour. This will rest the dough but ensure it does NOT dry out. My mistake was rolling out the dough and cutting it before I was ready to use it.
