Fennel is an Italian favorite which adds fabulous sweet flavor into the sauce. Don’t skip the fennel even if you’re not a huge fan; the aniseed flavor is very mild in the finished dish! • Fresh Garlic • Red Chili Pepper (to taste - we used fresh but you could easily swap the red pepper flakes) Cherry Tomatoes (cut into quarters) • White Wine (We used Pinot Grigio) • Kalamata Olives (these are our favorites: https://amzn.to/3OPEspf) • 1 or 2 Bay Leaves • Fresh Parsley • Fresh Basil • Crusty Bread like Focaccia or a Crusty Baguette NEW Florida Fishing Couple Merch is UP!
