In this video, YOU are the boxer! One and a half hour training session slimmed down to 8 minutes from a boxer's point of view. The video starts off with my drive to Maywood Boxing Club followed by my hands being wrapped. From there, I go over my warmup routine. I then shadowbox, and hit the body protector focusing on shifts. Then, I hit the heavy bag and sway ball. Next, I proceed to doing core and footwork. The video, finishes with me enjoying a post workout shake and banana. Hope you guys enjoy!
