Whats up guys! In this video, I go over an upper body complex workout using resistance bands. These exercises will target your major upper body muscles including chest, shoulders, back, biceps, and triceps. Since it is low weight aim for higher reps and minimal rest. You can always adjust the intensity and duration of your workout to your liking. For this workout we did 4 sets of 10 reps. First set using right arm, second set using left, third set using right, and finishing the fourth set with our left.
