Whats up guys! In this video I show you my experience running the 2022 LA Marathon back in March 20. A marathon is 26.2 miles long and this one started at the Dodgers Stadium ending at Avenue of the Stars. Should boxers be running long distance? I began training for this marathon back in November 2021 with an 8 mile trail run at an 9:06 mile pace. IT WAS TOUGH! My training was simple run 4 times a week. 4 different types of runs: tempo, mid distance, easy recovery, and long run! Watch the video, I share tips and some mistakes I made during the race. I look forward to beating my time. This was my second marathon. The first one was back in 2015, which was also the LA Marathon but I did ZERO training. I ran the first marathon at 4 hours and 12 minutes. I improved my time significantly by actually training this time.
