Resistance Bands: Upper Body Workout

In today's video I go over an upper body workout using light resistance bands. Resistance bands are a great tool to use especially if you are recovering from an injury. They are used for many things such rehabilitation, strengthening, conditioning, or a simple awesome workout. The farther away you are from the mount (Base) of the band the greater resistance (more weight) you get and vice versa the closer you are the least resistance. This makes exercises concentrically challenging and eccentrically easier which eases joint pressure and very low impact workout. You can adjust the resistance to your liking. I like using light bands and doing high repetitions upwards of 30 reps. 1) Chest Press 2) Row 3) Overhead Press 4) Tricep Pushdown 5) Bicep Curl 6) Core Twist Thanks for watching!
