What's up guys in this video I show you exactly what and how much I am eating exactly one week out from weigh in. I make adjustments to my diet every 8-10 days depending on how the scale is reflecting. The closer I get to weigh in the larger the calorie deficit but I make sure to get adequate carbs and protein to support the training just enough. This day was a typical Wednesday. I normally have 2 training sessions, 1 hard boxing session in the morning and an easy strength and conditioning session in the evening.
