What's up guys in this video I show you what I eat a day before a professional boxing weigh in. The objective for the last few days before weighing in is to keep a low residue diet along with low carbohydrates and sodium intake. Weight cut week nutrition is much different than fight camp nutrition. During fight camp I try to keep the calories high enough to fuel performance (along with carbohydrates) but low enough where I am consistently losing weight. My main foods used during the video were almonds, whey protein, hard boiled eggs, and avocados!
