Whats up guys! In this video, I show you an at home workout NO EQUIPMENT necessary. This is specifically for lower body so you'll have your quads, hamstrings, and glutes FIRING! Also, I have a couple new guests on the video. Yup, my mom wanted to join along with my dog Milo. For this workout we did 4 sets of 10 reps each leg. So what that means is each set focus on 1 leg and the next set focus on the other leg. This workout requires minimal time which means minimal rest.
