Whats up guys in this video I show you one of my favorite desserts that I eat multiple times a week to help me adhere to my diet! During training camp I gradually decrease my calorie intake to drop body fat. I do so by getting rid of processed foods and snacks HOWEVER this high protein low calorie strawberry vanilla ice cream IS A GAME CHANGER! ALSO I HAVE FIGHT NEWS WATCH TILL THE END OF THE VIDEO FOR DETAILS! This dessert keeps me full for a long time and it satisfies my sweets cravings. It is so easy to make and only takes about 5 minutes to prepare PLUS it is A LOT of ice cream. Best bang for your buck! Boxing Nutrition. The ingredients in the ice cream are: Ice Cubes (3-5) Frozen Strawberry (140g) Vanilla Whey Protein (1-scoop) Xanthan Gum (1/2 teaspoon) Stevia (2 packets) All these ingredients can be found at Target, Walmart, or local grocery store. I also compared the macros and calories to Ben&Jerry's Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream.
