Whats up guys! Back again, with another boxing nutrition video...FINALLY! In this video I go over a healthy 100% natural ingredient breakfast. For this delicious breakfast all you need is 5 ingredients and I promise to not disappoint. What I love most about this breakfast besides the taste of course is that I know EXACTLY what is in my meal. When we go out to a restaurant we don't know the ins and outs of our meal, its hard to track or count calories but with this meal you can track everything! As mentioned in the beginning of the video this is my "refeed" breakfast meaning its higher in carbohydrates than my usual breakfast but the carbs come from a great source FRUIT & oats! CARBS DO NOT MAKE YOU FAT. Eating an excess of any macronutrient can contribute to gaining fat but if you are in a calorie deficit or maintenance you WILL NOT gain fat. So do not be afraid of carbs! TOTAL MACROS AT THE END OF THE VIDEO. Ingredients used: 2 Bananas 120g Mixed Berries 40g Rolled Oats 150g Egg Whites 2 Whole Eggs This pancake mix made me about 5 pancakes! I topped it off with some homemade BERRY SYRUP. Simply just smashed/liquified the mixed berries and BOOM that was my syrup.
