Whats up guys in this video I show you what I eat throughout the day. Just to be clear I don't eat this every single day. Most of the foods I do such as coffee, eggs, egg whites, oatmeal, blueberries, whey protein, fruits, and vegetables. I eat ground turkey about 4 days out of the week the others I switch between beef, chicken, or fish. I break down the macros for each meal which are the calories, proteins, carbs, and fats. I eat a total of 6 meals in this video. Again, I don't eat the exact same thing every day I like to switch it up sometimes i'll eat more other times not as much (usually nothing less unless I'm losing weight). I feel this amount of food fuels me for a good day of boxing training. NUTRITION STARTS THE DAY BEFORE! If I know I have a hard day of sparring I tend to eat more carbs the night before.
