Whats up guys! In this video I go over a core complex workout NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED. These exercises will target your core muscles such as abs and obliques along with some internal muscles if you've never done these movements or really activate full core. Adjust the frequency and duration to match your level of fitness. In this workout, we do 3 rounds of 20 seconds on 10 seconds off.
