In this video, I show you what I like to eat during training camp. Training camp is an average of 6 weeks. I tend to eat light during the day and have bigger meals at night after all the training is done. My meals consist of lots of nutritous vegetables which contain phytochemicals. Phytochemicals protect and have disease preventing properties. Meal 1: Oatmeal with flax & chia seeds, mixed berries, and whey protein isolate Meal 2: Non fat greek yogurt with mixed berries Meal 3: Green shake- Kale, Spinach, Green Apple, Cucumber, Ginger, Carrot, Hemp Seeds Meal 4: Salmon, Quinoa/Rice, Brussel Sprouts, Mushrooms, Pico De Gallo Meal 5: Salmon, Quinoa/Rice, Brussel Sprouts, Mushrooms, Pico De Gallo Throughout the day I am drinking a gallon of water sometimes more depending on how much I sweat. I switch my diet up daily it is not the exact same thing everyday. This example is one of my "lighter" days.
