What's up guys in this video I make "Greene Machine Smoothie" from Chris Algieri's cookbook "The Fighter's Kitchen". If you have trouble or don't like eating vegetables making smoothies is a great way to get your nutrients in. You can always play around with the recipe or add your own ingredients to make them taste better! This smoothie is named after head strength and conditioning coach at Stony Brook University, George Greene. The nutrition facts are as followed Calories: 250 Total Fat: 5g Total Carbs: 20g Protein: 36g Ingredients used: 1/2 Cup of Frozen Chopped Broccoli 1-1/2 Cup of Baby Spinach Fresh Ginger 1/2 Cup of Coconut Water 1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 Scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds This is a delicious smoothie and takes very little prep time. This was actually my first time trying it and I expected a heavy broccoli flavor but on the contrary you couldn't taste it much and again IT WAS DELICIOUS!
