Finally...Another boxing nutrition video! Today I teach you how to make a healthier alternative to pizza! Well technically this is still a pizza except instead of using bread and pepperoni we use cauliflower and turkey breast! Calorie for calorie this is more nutritious than traditional pizza. An average slice of pizza has roughly 250 calories! One slice of this savory goodness has 117 calories! Cauliflower is a very versatile and delicious vegetable. It is also a cruciferous vegetable known for its immune boosting benefits. I personally am not a fan of raw cauliflower and believe me this taste NOTHING like raw cauliflower. This is a great way to get your vegetables in. If you have kids that don't like their vegetables make this cauliflower pizza and see how they like it! Ingredients used: Cauliflower Spinach Egg Whites Parmesan and Mozzarella Cheese Broccoli Turkey Breast Bell Pepper Pizza Sauce Again, this is a healthy way to get your vegetables in without really sacrificing the taste and IT SPARES CALORIES!
