What's up! In today's video I prepare food that I bought in Aldi for just $21.10! This will usually make me about 5-6 meals a week. This isn't a "how to cook" video. I do not prepare the meals for the whole week just enough for one dinner. The foods I purchased: 10 pound bag of Potato Broccoli Crowns Organic Kale Flat Leaf Spinach Cabbage Multi-Peppers 3pk Fresh Ground Turkey Marinated Chicken One of the biggest changes I have made from being an amateur boxer to now professional is my DIET. I am now aware of all the "unhealthy" foods I was eating. I prepare the majority of the foods I eat and it is much cheaper then going out and spending money on "healthy" fast food.
