What's up guys, in today's video I show you 5 of my favorite medicine ball exercises I like to do to improve my explosiveness for boxing. The point of these exercises is to increase your speed so make sure you don't pick super heavy medicine balls. Context matters. You can focus on time, reps, technique, controlled, uncontrolled etc. In this video, Sam and I focus on time. We did 20 seconds on 20 seconds off alternating one after another. If you are focused on time go as hard as you can! Medicine balls are so dynamic and versatile. There are hundreds of exercises you can do with them and they are portable. It is a great tool to develop power and speed for boxing.
