In this video I go over how to feint in boxing. More specifically, I show you 4 ways you can feint! The feint in boxing is crucial. A few things happen in result of a successful feint. You confuse your opponent. He or she does not know what punch is coming or if you're even throwing a punch. Also the feint causes your opponent to react. This is a huge advantage because knowing how your opponent reacts will put you one step ahead of them and can give you the opportunity to land a fight ending punch. Lastly, incorporating more feints in your sparring will cause your opponent to THINK MORE. If your opponent begins to over think "what punch is he throwing" "how can I defend this" and you feint, feint, feint, then you're not throwing physical punches rather mental punches.
