What's up guys back again with another follow along boxing workout! This workout is 15 minutes, 12 rounds, 1 minute of work followed by 15 seconds of break/transition. The great thing about this boxing workout is that you can pretty much do it anywhere and no gym is required but you will need some equipment. The equipment you will need is an agility ladder and some hand weights. If you don't have hand weights you can hold on to water bottles or even wear your boxing gloves as long as you have some resistance! This workout is breathtaking and can be intense for some. The rest is only 15 seconds so if you feel it is too difficult make the rest a little longer or shorten the work time. This workout will get your heart pumping, you shoulders burning, and your legs flying!
