About This Video

What happens if I challenge three world-class producers to make a song in a genre they suck at? In this episode I basically tortured my friends—in the nicest way possible. I brought in Platinum producer Chuki Beats and told him to make jazz (in FL Studio… which is already insane), Tumfyy to attempt reggae even though he barely listens to it, and SIKKYBEATS to cook up indie rock starting from a Splice loop. To keep it fair, I put myself in the hot seat too and tried making hardstyle… even though I literally didn’t know what hardstyle was until like two hours before. The whole video is just problem-solving in real time: finding a groove, ripping out kicks, hunting for the right “ethnic”/nylon vibe, chopping loops, stacking chords, and trying to make things hit when they absolutely don’t want to. My hardstyle attempt turned into a full “buildup → drop” grind where I’m grabbing risers, pulling up Serum for the lead, and going to Splice for a hardstyle kick because I don’t have one. The big takeaway: even top producers start lost—what matters is committing to a direction, layering smart, and finishing the idea.
