Today’s video is me kicking off a new chapter—not just for me, but for us. I start by getting a little personal: about a year ago I became a dad (easily the most amazing thing I’ve ever experienced), and it’s had me reflecting on my whole music journey—from growing up in a tiny middle-of-nowhere town in Italy, to moving to LA at 18, to being surrounded by that insane “music all day every day” energy in music college. The big realization is this: the information wasn’t the magic part. The people were. Back home, even with YouTube, courses, and teachers, the process felt isolating. And that’s the problem I can’t ignore anymore—music is a language, and if you’re speaking it by yourself, it’s like talking to a mirror. So I built the middle ground I always wished existed: BetterMusic. It’s a collaborative environment to learn, connect, get real-time feedback and mentorship (from me, my team, and other producers), and stay up to date with what’s actually happening in the real world. I’m nervous, but I’m excited—this is the start of something bigger.
