In this video I basically did the most unhinged thing possible: I started a band… and we played our first mini concert. I had to get out of the studio (which was a complete mess because I dragged instruments outside), set up the “deep talk angle,” and mentally prepare because I was hella nervous. Like, actually shaking. But the whole concept of this band is too fun to not do: I’m taking genres that straight-up never go together and forcing them to work in the same song. We ran three songs, each one built around a weird genre mashup. First was Eurodance + Djent (yes, that combination is real), then Tango + Psychedelic Rock, and we closed with Folk + Progressive House—where I even played a little drum for the vibe. The “band” itself is… me (and also me), because the cloning machine is apparently official now.
