In this video I get my first proper runs in the On Cloudmonster 3 and give you my initial review—upper, midsole, outsole, the overall build, and then my scores at the end. This one’s a maximal, very characterful shoe: you’ve got that triple stack of CloudTec and a Speedboard plate in there, so the whole point is big cushion but still with a bit of pop when you pick it up. I talk through what’s working and what to watch out for based on those early miles—how the upper feels on foot, how the midsole rides (cushioned and responsive), and what the outsole is doing under you.
