In this Yea or Nay episode I’m looking at four shoes that are either new, current, or just around the corner, and I’m basically asking the simple question: are these worth me spending my own money on and putting through a proper test on the channel? There are loads of models dropping right now, so I’m trying to be sensible and pick the stuff that’s genuinely interesting for real-world runners like me, not just the hype train. I run through the ADIDAS Hyperboost Edge, HOKA Mach 7, New Balance Ellipse, and the Nike Pegasus 42, and I explain what’s catching my eye (or not) about each one and whether it’s likely to earn a full review. The whole point of Yea or Nay is to be upfront about what I’m going to buy in, what I’m going to leave alone, and why.
