The Notebook I Couldn't Bring Myself to Finish

I usually finish every notebook I use, even if my current notebook bugs me. That changed when I met the Onion Skin Journal. Admittedly, it's an amazing notebook with a lot of unique personality, and its onion skin paper is technically fountain pen friendly, but after writing 30 pages in it, I decided it wasn't for me because of some significant deal breakers. And for the first time ever, I gave myself permission to move on to a new journal that works better with my fountain pens and creative practice. Do you always finish a notebook before moving on to another? Or do you sometimes stop and pick up something else?
