Private Reserve Neon Blue Review and an Unexpected "Blue-per" with this Fountain Pen Ink!

In this video, I review Private Reserve's Neon Blue fountain pen ink. If you like writing with blue ink, this is one to look into. It has nice shading properties. It's light without being too light. It's bright without hurting your eyes. I've also seen this called a highlighter ink, so while it works well for everyday writing in fountain pens, it also works well for highlighting and underlining. Unfortunately, this ink is not water resistant at all, but that's okay. I still find it fun to use.
