In this video I’m not doing a tutorial—I’m walking you through my real homelab experience testing Canonical MicroCloud over several weeks. What surprised me most was how ridiculously simple it was to install and form a cluster—Ubuntu Server plus a few shell commands and you’re off to the races. I also break down the reality of high availability: MicroCloud gives you HA storage with Ceph out of the box, but instance failover isn’t a default “just works” feature.
