About This Video

In this updated “what’s in my changing bag” video, I’m sharing exactly what I keep in my nappy bag when I’m out and about with Freya. I’m a first-time mum in Oxfordshire, so I’ve definitely learnt (sometimes the hard way) what’s actually useful to have on hand versus what just takes up space. I talk you through how I organise everything so I can grab what I need quickly, whether it’s a nappy change, a quick outfit swap, or just keeping her settled while we’re out. I’m using my BabyMel backpack because it’s practical but still feels like “me”, and I also show the little pouch I use to keep bits together so I’m not rummaging around at the bottom of the bag. The whole point of this video is to help if you’re building your own changing bag list for UK days out—errands, walks, visiting family, or just popping into town. I also share my mindset of trying to be prepared without overpacking, and I ask you to tell me if there’s anything you think I’ve missed so I can update my routine as Freya grows.
