In today’s video I’m sharing Freya’s nine month baby update (UK), and I chat through all the things I know I always want to remember looking back—sleep, feeding, development, and a few of the more “real life” bits too. I talk about how nights are going, what our routine looks like at the moment, and the little changes you notice at this age when they suddenly feel so much more like a tiny person than a newborn. I also cover feeding and what we’re doing day-to-day, plus a quick (but important) chat about nappies/poo because honestly that’s such a big part of baby life and it can tell you a lot about how they’re doing. I then update you on Freya’s health and development—what she’s learning, what she’s into right now—and finish with clothes, including what’s fitting well at nine months and what I’m reaching for most.
