In today’s video I’m sharing a realistic “what my nine month old eats in a day” for my daughter Freya. It’s not one of those perfectly timed, picture-perfect days either — we had a stay and play session in the morning, so everything was a bit later than our normal routine. I take you along through the day so you can see what I actually offer her, how the timings shift when we’re out, and what a real day of feeding looks like for us at this stage. If you’re weaning in the UK or you’ve got a baby around the same age, I hope this gives you a bit of inspiration and reassurance that it doesn’t have to be rigid to be “good.” The biggest takeaway is that I just work around Freya’s cues and our plans for the day — and if meals slide, they slide.
