In this video I’m sharing Freya’s seven month baby update, and I’m chatting through all the things I know other mums always ask about at this stage — sleep, feeding, development and just how life is feeling right now. I go into what our nights are like, how naps are looking, and the little changes I’ve noticed as she’s getting more aware of everything around her. I also talk about the less glamorous bits (yes, I cover poo too), because honestly it’s such a big part of knowing if they’re doing okay. I also share how feeding is going at seven months, what we’re doing day-to-day, and how Freya’s health has been overall. Then I get into her development — the new skills, what she’s interested in, and what’s surprised me this month. I finish off with a quick chat about clothes and sizing, because I feel like she’s constantly outgrowing things and it’s always helpful to hear what other UK mums are buying and what actually fits.
