In this October 2025 Monthly Favourites, I’m sharing the bits and bobs that have genuinely made life a little easier (and a little cuter) with Freya this month. I’m doing these favourites every month until she turns one, so it’s a lovely little way to look back on what we’ve actually been using in real life as a first-time mum in Oxfordshire. I chat through a mix of baby things and practical home bits, and I’ve popped everything I mentioned in the description so you can find them easily. I start with a photo book, because I’m really trying to keep on top of memories without it feeling like a massive project. Then I share a pumpkin jumper that’s just perfect for autumn, plus a couple of weaning favourites: the IKEA Antilop highchair, a silicone weaning set, and the Doidy cup. I also talk about the Solid Starts app, which has been so helpful for confidence around first foods, and I finish with something very unglam but very real—nappy bin bags—because anything that helps with smells and day-to-day organisation is a win in my book.
