In this five month baby update, I’m chatting through everything that’s been going on with Freya lately – the real, everyday stuff that you actually want to know. I talk about her sleep at the moment (what’s working, what’s changed, and what I’m noticing as she gets a bit more aware), plus feeding and how that’s going for us right now. I also share a little update on nappies/poo (because let’s be honest, that’s half of motherhood), and anything health-related that’s come up. I also go through Freya’s development and the little milestones I’m seeing at five months, as well as a quick update on clothes and what she’s fitting into now. If you’re a UK first-time mum (or you’ve got a baby a similar age), I hope this feels like a really relatable check-in and gives you a few ideas of what to expect around this stage. It’s just my honest experience of month five with Freya as we’re figuring it all out as we go.
