Willow is a young Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy just starting to learn to Stay. I thought we were ready to work on distance, but she wasn’t quite there yet. Instead of continuing to take steps away, I adjusted her puppy stay training and focused on building her stay time, one second at a time.
