Bridging the Gap is celebrating 13 years!

Thank you so much to our customers, team, and those who have shared our resources with others in the BA community. It is an honor and a privilege to be part of the BA profession, and to give back to a profession that's meant so much to me. In addition to thank yous, I share what I think our biggest accomplishment was in 2021, as well as the absolute biggest take-away lesson I've learned during 13 years in business.
