When it comes to sustainability and climate change, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the scale of the problem. Many of us want to make better choices, but the pressure of finding the perfect solution can leave us stuck, discouraged, or unsure where to start. The truth is that meaningful progress often begins much smaller than we think, with one intentional change at a time. In this video, I share a simple practice that has helped me approach sustainability in a more realistic and empowering way: making just one change each month. From reducing plastic use to rethinking everyday products and bringing a more sustainable lens into my work, this approach has helped me build habits that last and create compounding impact over time. I also talk about why personal action still matters, even when larger structural issues can feel frustrating or discouraging. If you care about sustainability but sometimes feel paralyzed by the size of the challenge, this video offers a more grounded and practical way forward. And if you’re on a similar journey, I’d love to hear what changes you’ve made and what’s been working for you. Leave a comment below and let me know!
